I am qualified in Swedish Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Reiki Healing, Deep Tissue Massage, Hydrotherm Massage and Hydrotherm Pregnancy Massage, The M Technique, Indian Head Massage, Myofascial Release and Bowen Technique.   If you are unsure about which treatment you would prefer, we can discuss and create the perfect bespoke treatment for you.   I use the app Fresha for my booking system – click on the orange button “Book Therapies Here” on the top of any page to access this system. 

On your first visit the treatment will begin with a free personal consultation which can take up to 20 minutes.

The treatment times vary from 60mins to 6 hours.   However, for a truly lasting and immersive session I recommend the 90 mins Signature Treatment to enable deeper work to fully take effect and to allow me to address all areas of the body.
