Emotional Support

Are you curious to find out more, to explore?  I know you certainly have  experienced life’s ups and downs.

Maybe you have tried counselling in the past, which helped to unravel the story. 

But now you want more.

You are ready to feel.   You are ready to lift that weight from your shoulders, that tension in your neck?    It is your time to unwind, to give back to you, to love you more and to be present.  

I offer you a safe, calm and centred space to listen and not judge.   To be free to feel and express and to be guided to understand and be emotionally supported.   

We do this journey together, it feels strange, unusual and mostly different, but altogether familiar and safe. 

I did this journey, like you, embarked on a series that started with just one session.  Only I didn’t have access to the healing alongside it.   The opportunity to feel into my emotions and then say stop, lets go for the relaxation now.  Let’s take this slower.   I went in and I stayed to the end.  (Quick note:  There is no end!!)

This is why I offer you this with healing, with relaxation, so this experience can be glided in and out of.   It can be felt and it can be left to be.  

I offer this alongside massage, reflexology and reiki, or just simply as is.   We sit, we listen, we laugh, we cry.  We rock it together.

So are you ready?   All you need is a desire to change and a willingness to explore your internal world.

And when you decide to take the plunge I will be there with open arms to help guide you through.

This is NOT counselling, we do not need to engage with the story of your life, we can, but this is simply listening to your emotions that are stored within.   It is simply being present with what is here, right now and observing together.  Listening, to discover the way to release and accept everything that arises.

3 ways to Support your Emotional Health

We can often take our mental, physical and emotional health for granted until we are stuck and in need of support.  Help yourself to discover new ways of connecting to your feelings, coming to a deeper understanding of who you really are, and loving what is.

1) Take some time to sit down in the quiet and listen, what am I feeling right now?  You don’t need to ask yourself any questions as to why you are feeling the way you are, it simply is what it is.  Maybe you think you aren’t an angry person, so why does it feel like I am angry?  Because purely and simply, anger is a valid and acceptable emotion, from anger we can be driven towards action.   Just sit, listen and don’t judge yourself.

2) Make each day a gratitude day.  What are you grateful for?  Maybe the air for the oxygen, or maybe your heart for pumping blood around your body?  Write a list – start with 3 things each day.

3) Meditate daily – come and join the daily soul sync meditation group online, 15-20 mins every morning to manifest your best outcome for your life.
