12:45 nutritious lunch
13:45 essential oils workshop – create your own manifestation oil blend
15:00 tapping into the energetic field of your health
16:00 group healing with Angels interspersed with sound

Our purpose for the day is to promise deeper insights, presence and serenity coming from a space of profound experience, wisdom and acceptance of the journey to health. Between us we have over 40 years complementary therapies experience along with each having significant personal health stories.
