Additional Treatments
Any extra treatments booked during your contract will be charged at the same frozen price.
Transferable Treatments
Treatments may be transferred to another person (friend, partner, or family member) with your permission.
Couples & Families
Contracts may be shared between a couple or family members, making it easier to spread the benefits.
Carry Forward
Unused treatments may be rolled into the next year, provided your Balance Plan remains active.
Contract Renewal & Cancellation
- Contracts run on a yearly basis and can be cancelled at the end of the year.
- If you choose not to renew, treatment prices will revert to the standard rates in place at that time.
Refunds
Payments made under this contract are non-refundable. All sessions purchased must be used as treatments.
Booking & Availability
- All treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules, otherwise the session may be deducted from your plan.
Payment
- Payments are made monthly via GoCardless or standing order.
- To retain your frozen prices, payments must remain up-to-date.
