“Is it me you’re looking for?” — Lionel Richie asked it first, back in 1984. That question still lands like a whisper in the heart: Is it me?
Is it you who’s holding on to something that won’t quite let go?
Is it you who wants to feel relaxed and to gently explore the layer beneath — to peel back one more layer of your onion in a safe, tender way?
Maybe you already sit with your feelings, but this one feels heavier than usual. Maybe you want a companion for the journey — someone calm, steady, and compassionate — to sit with the feeling rather than fix it. Or perhaps you long simply to unwind, release the day, and come back to yourself.
If that’s you — then yes. It is me you’re looking for.
We’re an offering of balance, like Ebony and Ivory — two notes in harmony. I’m here to meet you where you are.
What Emotional Support Looks Like Here
Emotional support with me is practice and presence. It’s about slowing down into the body, breathing with tenderness, and letting sensation be seen without becoming its story. We work with compassion, curiosity, and gentleness:
-
Breath & Grounding: Simple practices to settle your nervous system and invite safety.
-
Embodied Listening: I tune into where the body holds the story — the tightness, the ache, the weight — and we allow it to be present.
-
Visualisation & Imagery: We may use colours, shapes, and gentle imagery to make space for emotions to surface and soften.
-
Containment, Not Fixing: This is not about solving immediately. It’s about learning to be with what arises, so the emotion can breathe, shift, and dissolve on its own terms.
-
Choice of Touch: If appropriate and wanted, we can combine this with supportive therapies — Massage, Reflexology, or Reiki — to accelerate release and resourcing.
-
Remote or In Person: Sessions can be held in my quiet Healing Hut in Farnborough, blended with hands-on therapies, or held over Zoom if that suits your life right now.
Who This Is For
This work is for those who want to feel lighter, less reactive, and more centred. It’s for the soul-tired, the sensitive, the busy-caregivers, the high-achievers whose hearts have been doing the heavy lifting. It’s for anyone who wants to be held — and to learn how to hold themselves.
Your Next Step
If your heart nudges yes, reach out. We’ll find a gentle path forward together — one breath, one small step, one soft session at a time.
You can message me on 07989 604750 or email to arrange a time.
I hold this space with warmth, care, and complete confidentiality.
With gentle curiosity,
