18 minute Meditation to help with the uncertainty of awaiting test results from hospital

This meditation allows you to sit with uncertainty and be protected and supported whilst awaiting hospital procedures and results. Sometimes we don’t know the outcomes of tests and exams and it can be very stressful awaiting tests and results. I hope this meditation brings some healing, rest and release from stress.
